At Acanthus we have spent many many years developing our designs and we are now lucky enough to be ranked among the best designers in the UK & Europe.

Unfortunaly if you are talented at what you do and do it well, some less able people see an opportunity to copy designs that have been produced over many years of effort, without making the effort themselves. This is theft plain and simple. If you commission work that knowingly copies any of our design elements you are also stealing from the company and from the clients who have commissioned and paid properly for the right to our designs.

All design work carries intellectual ownership and rights and in order to protect these rights Acanthus UK Ltd are members of ACID Anti Copying in Design and will pursue in Law, any company or individual who steals any element of our design work from us
